Jack is kind and funny, he is always willing to help people no matter what, nothing is too much trouble, and his sense of humour will always brighten your day. He is willing to learn new skills and keep improving both academically and personally. He is a very driven person and it was clear to see from day one that he wanted to be the best he could possibly be. He was very quick to pick up skills in relation to both the writing side and journalism, and also the more hands on magazine production and design. Again, he was always willing to help people if they needed it. I can’t speak highly enough of Jack; he has shown extreme willing to further his career by relocating in pursuit of bigger opportunities. I know that if I ever need anything at any point Jack will be willing to help me out.

Jack was brilliant to work with, very professional and came up with great ideas during group activities. Having worked with Jack at Which? between August 2017 – May 2018, I can vouch for how skilled he is with both customer service and sales. Jack was easily able to handle the huge variety of calls he would receive, and he could identify any additional products that each Which? member might benefit from through asking the right questions during their conversation. Despite not working on the same team, Jack would always make an effort to say hello and he would always offer support when needed to anyone on the floor. Jack was a huge part of the member services team in the Hertford office, and this was made clear when he assisted in the transition to Cardiff. Since leaving Which? I have stayed in touch with Jack and I wish him all the best in the next step of his career.
